Psychological counselors are professionals who serve in the field of mental health. They generally reach students and their parents because they are employed in schools. It can be said that there is a large majority of the society in this part of the society. The fact that psychological counselors have a high level of satisfaction with their profession can make it easier for them to help the people they serve. With the pandemic process, uncertainties have entered our lives. Stress situations may arise in the face of uncertain events. People who can adapt to new situations adapt more easily to this process. This research aims to determine the relationships between psychological counselors' professional satisfaction and intolerance to uncertainty, cognitive flexibility levels and coping with stress. It is a descriptive research in which the relational screening model is used. The research was carried out with 470 psychological counselors working throughout Turkey in the 2020-2021 academic year. According to the research findings, there is a moderate negative correlation between the professional satisfaction of psychological counselors and their intolerance to uncertainty. There is a moderate positive correlation between psychological counselors' professional satisfaction, cognitive flexibility levels and coping with stress. As a result of the regression analysis, it is seen that intolerance to uncertainty, cognitive flexibility and coping with stress are predictors of job satisfaction. As a result, the research is considered to be important for institutions that have an impact in the process of training psychological counselors and psychological counselors. The fact that psychological counselors enjoy their profession will create positive effects for clients and society. Therefore, it is important to support psychological counselors' self-development in situations that affect their enjoyment of their profession.
