Industrial buildings, which contribute to the economic and social development of the region where they are located, remain as idle areas in the city when they lose their original function. These areas, which are valuable with their architectural, cultural and historical context, are considered as industrial heritage and the preservation and transfer of these buildings to the future is of great importance. In this context, the subject of this study is to investigate the Ürgüp Tekel Wine Factory as an industrial heritage and to evaluate the current status of the building. The factory campus, which was selected as the research area, has been re-functionalised as the education and training area of a university. In this research, it is aimed to evaluate the relationship between space and environment of the campus and to discuss the changes made for reuse within the scope of the interior space. Qualitative research methods were utilised in the research conducted for this purpose. Written and visual documents related to the subject were analysed; the usage status of the spaces was examined by visiting the campus. In the light of the findings, evaluations were made on the current status of the reused spaces. Since not every building in the campus is currently in use and restoration is ongoing, the research focuses on 4 buildings that are accessible and actively used today. For this reason, other buildings were excluded from the scope of the study. In the research, it was pointed out that the Ürgüp Tekel Wine Factory can be preserved and transferred to the future by re-functionalisation, but the atmosphere of the space should also be preserved in this transfer.
